Employee Engagement Survey
The Employee Engagement Model of Purple
is based on 2 basic needs as per Herzberg Theory:
1. The need to avoid pain and survive
2. The need to grow, develop and learn
This we have interpreted as Employee Engagement and Work
Climate.
Employee Engagement is a function of the following 4 pillars:
How I see my job fitting into the larger picture
How much empowerment I experience
What opportunities exist for learning and growth and
How well am I rewarded and recognized
The Work Climate is influenced by the following 4 pillars:
The Company’s policies
The Relationships at work
Physical setting at the workplace and
The Company’s Value System
As per the Herzberg Model, Work Climate can
influence can influence Engagement and hence it is important to
measure the same whilst the Engagement Score is based purely on the
4 Engagement Factors.
The Survey Report is provided by Purple in various demographic cuts
as required by the organization. We endeavour to complete the survey
and present the findings within 45 days of the mandate being given.
Purple also partners the Company in evolving a Communication
Strategy and guides in developing Action Plans in
deficient areas for improving engagement levels.
